Three kinds of survey, one way of working

The difference between these three is the building and the camera, not the standard. All three are a fixed price agreed before the visit, flown by the same surveyor, and written up inside 48 hours.

Commercial Drone Survey

Roofs, elevations, plant and hard to reach structures on commercial and managed buildings, with the paperwork a building manager needs on file.

  • Every roof slope or roof area, photographed in overview and in detail
  • All elevations, including the ones facing a neighbour or a boundary you cannot get to
  • Parapet gutters, outlets, downpipes and hoppers
  • Roof mounted plant, frames, fixings and the membrane around them

Roof and Building Survey

Houses, small blocks and older buildings looked at properly from the air, with a report a roofer or a surveyor can work from.

  • Every roof slope, ridge, hip and valley in overview and in close detail
  • Chimney stacks, pots, flaunching, flashings and soakers
  • Gutters, outlets, downpipes and the fascia line
  • Elevations, render, pointing and any visible movement

Thermal and Moisture Survey

Radiometric thermal imaging from the air, read against the conditions on the day, for heat loss, trapped moisture and hard to trace damp.

  • Radiometric thermal imagery of the roof or elevation in question
  • The matching visual imagery of the same areas, so a reading can be placed
  • A record of the conditions at the time of the flight
  • A written reading of what the anomalies suggest and what they do not prove
